Pomelo Red

The pomelo (Citrus maxima) is the largest citrus fruit, native to Southeast Asia, and is known for its mild, sweet flavor and thick, easy-to-peel rind. Unlike its relative the grapefruit, which is a hybrid of pomelo and sweet orange, the pomelo has little to no bitterness. Its juicy, segmented flesh, which can be pale yellow, pink, or red, is a great source of fiber and vitamin C.
